In 2014 the Fixed Fee Recruitment Division was created to offer an alternative solution to small and medium sized businesses looking to hire talent for predominantly non specialist positions.
Since its inception the Fixed Fee Division has developed into one of the leaders in its field and works with companies from many different industries and sizes helping them to secure the right people for their businesses across the UK.
The Job
This is a home based position and your role will be to make contact with companies by phone who are looking to hire staff and to promote the Clark James Fixed Fee packages.
The packages differ depending on a client’s requirements and offer a cost effective solution to hire staff.
This is a target orientated position with KPI’s to meet daily, weekly and monthly.
You must be salesy, proactive, driven, self motivated and keen to earn!
High rates of commission starting.
No account management once sale has been made, this is managed by head office.

The Clark James Fixed Fee recruitment team need another sales person to join their already very successful team.
Your role will be to promote the Fixed Fee proposition to companies who are hiring across the UK.
Earnings are unlimited and you can earn commission on day one on top of your basic salary!
