Overview:
You will be installing, servicing and maintaining a wide range of security equipment / systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire alarms, working to the relevant standards across the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
Prospective candidates’ skills and experience:
All candidates must have had previous experience in installing or servicing, Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control Systems and Fire Systems for either installation work or reactive and preventative call.
Attend sites and undertake either installation or periodic maintenance/fault finding of Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems, and Fire Systems.
To meet predefined target times for periodic inspections - Clear and concise communication with the service desk regarding customer issues - All paperwork/electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly.
To present a professional appearance always.
Skills & Experience:
Hold current qualifications or have relevant experience in Electronic Security Systems.
Experience in servicing Security Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Systems.
Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
Ensure the health, safety and welfare of themselves in accordance with the company's policy.
Advising customers on security issues, equipment use both face-to-face and over the phone.
Providing technical support.
